This reform is complicated\, and we believe it's important for you to be well informed and know the facts.\n\n	 \n\n	Join us for an informational session about the ACA and what it means for you\, your business and your employees on Thursday\, August 15 from 8 to 11 a.m. You'll hear directly from health care professionals from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina about the key tenets of the ACA\, learn more about options for your business and employees and programs available to help you make the transition to the new world of ACA.\n\n	\n\n	About the speakers:\n\n	\n\n	Robert Bultman is the Senior Marketing Strategist of the Small Group Market Segment at BCBSNC.  Rob received his undergraduate in Accounting and master degree in Education from Bob Jones University.  He joined the Partners National Health Plans in 1998 in the finance department and later moved to Underwriting.  In 2001 Blue Cross Blue Shield purchased Partners and Rob would become a Senior Underwriting Consultant working on medium\, large\, and national accounts for BCBSNC until 2009.  In 2009 Rob joined the Marketing team working on several key projects before becoming the Small Group Segment lead for in late 2011.\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	Wally Dawson is a managing principal at Digital Benefit Advisors\, a division of Digital Insurance\, which is the nation's fastest-growing employee benefits agency. Dawson has 25 years of employee benefits experience and has served in various roles for agencies and carriers\, including managing partner\, vice president of health and welfare\, president and CEO and director of sales and marketing. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Penn State University and pursued his post-graduate studies in health care management at the University of South Florida. Dawson also holds an employee benefit specialist certification from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dawson has extensive experience in employee benefit consulting to include\; strategic planning\, cost analysis\, regulatory compliance\, employee communications\, wellness\, outsourcing\, and benefit administration.\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	Walker Wilson is the Director of the Health Policy Office at BCBSNC.  After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill and then receiving a master of Public Health degree from Boston University\, Walker worked as a Senior Manager for the Boston Public Health Commission for five years.  Her next position brought her back to NC to serve as the Health Policy Advisor to Governor Mike Easley\, followed by Senior Advisor roles in the Division of Public Health and NC Department of Health and Human Services.  She has been with BCBSNC since April 2012.  The Health Policy Office team leads the regulatory analysis and communication of significant impacts for the company\, including proposed and final rules and other guidance related to the Affordable Care Act.
