\n Health Care Reform was enacted in September of 2010 and requires non-Grandfathered plans to conform to its provisions. \; HCR is to be implemented over eight years with the bulk of major changes set to begin in 2014. \; However\, there are many provisions now that employers must consider now with their company-sponsored health plan. \; With this\, employers should ask themselves\, among other things\, &ldquo\;How does HCR affect my plan now? \; What do I need to do to be in compliance? What happens in 2014? \; Do I need to offer coverage? \; How will this affect my employees? \; Will I be able to afford to provide benefits in the future?&rdquo\; \; This brief seminar will answer these and other questions.
