DESCRIPTION:2014 is right around the corner\, and now is the time to prepare your plans to make sure it's your best year yet. This Chamber U will present a framework for thinking about your business in a structured way\, and although there is little time to work on your business plan in the session\, you will leave with worksheets and the knowledge of what to do next. This is a practical session that will cover:\n\n	\n		Identifying the business you're REALLY in (chances are\, it's not what you think)\n	\n		Identifying your Ideal Client/Customer\n	\n		Identifying what you REALLY offer your clients (again\, it's usually different than what you think you sell)\n	\n		Clarifying your goals for next year (and how to set them so you can achieve them)\n	\n		Establishing metrics by which you can measure your progress\n\n \n\nCome out\, bring a friend\, and prepare for a rocking' 2014!\n\n\n\n\n\nPresented by:  Craig Mathews\, Chief Thinkologist at Big Think\, Inc. and CEO of TribeSpring\, Inc.\n\nAt Big Think\, Craig teaches entrepreneurs and executives how to build world-class organizations\; and he develops and implements growth strategies for his clients.
