This social and activities hub will include a commons lounge\, fitness center\, indoor pool & spa\, arts & crafts rooms\, a ball room with multi-use space and demonstration kitchen\, media and conference rooms\, a varsity room with lounge\, billiards and bar\, ceramics room with separate kiln room and an aerobics studio.
