He comes to Carolina Small Business Development Fund from the City of Charlotte\, North Carolina\, where he served as Deputy Director of Economic Development and Assistant Director of Neighborhood and Business Services. Over his career Kevin has held senior positions in the Durham Office of Economic and Workforce Development\, the Durham Workforce Development Board\, and the operations department of Workforce One in Broward County\, Florida. His accomplishments include developing\, implementing\, and administering a variety of workforce development\, neighborhood-based economic development\, and small business capacity-building programs. Initiatives under Kevin's management have been nationally recognized by the National League of Cities\, U.S. Conference of Mayors\, Walmart Foundation\, the U.S. Department of Labor\, and the Environmental Protection Agency.\n\n\n\nKevin holds a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University and a bachelor's degree in International Business from Georgetown University. He has also been designated as a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) by the International Economic Development Council. Originally from Montclair\, New Jersey\, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter during his spare time.\n\n\n\nAbout Dom Cole Johnson:\n\nBorn in raised in Philadelphia PA the absolute true home of the Philly cheese steak and Phila pretzel. Dom's been in the Banking Industry for over 26 years and moved to North Carolina 8 years ago.  Dom enjoys helping people achieve their financial goals and being a listening ear. Dom also is very active in her church and local community. Dom is the wife of 23 years to Marc Johnson with 5 children and 10 grandchildren\n\n\n\nAbout Travis Rouse:\n\nMr. Rouse joined M&F Bank in 2016 with a background includes an impressive record of client acquisition\, customer retention\, and revenue growth accomplishment. Prior to joining M & F Bank\, he was a Principal Business Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo. \n\n\n\nMr. Rouse received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University\, and is an alumni of the CBA Executive Banking School at Furman University. He serves on the board of directors of Boys and Girls Club of Durham and Orange Counties\, Inc.\, where he is a past chairman. He serves on the boards of directors for Downtown Durham Inc.\, the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce\, and the Lincoln Community Health Center Foundation Advisory Board.  Mr. Rouse has 32 years of banking experience.
