As COO\, and the first woman to serve on Stewart's executive team\, she is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies\, plans and procedures and setting comprehensive goals for the firm's growth and success. Lee Anne plays an essential role in the company's concerted commitment to diversity\, equity and inclusion\, which is a vital part of the company's core values and opens doors for opportunity\, innovation and creative collaboration.\n\n\n\nAs a devoted mother\, wife and female leader in traditionally male-dominated industries\, Lee Anne has continued to excel and grow in her career by treating anyone and everyone with respect and insisting it is reciprocated\, not just for her but for all. She believes mutual respect and a willingness to achieve the best possible outcome\, combined with open and honest communication\, can overcome nearly any obstacle\, challenge or misconception.\n\n\n\nLee Anne's life philosophy to "leave it better than I found it\," can be seen in her commitment to her community. In addition to speaking at women's leadership events\, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) as well as on the strategic planning task force for Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) and the fundraising committee for A Place at the Table\, a pay-what-you-can cafe in downtown Raleigh. Most recently\, she was recognized as a dynamic and outstanding leader in business by Triangle Business Journal's 2020 Women in Business Awards.\n\n\n\nDom Cole Johnson\n\nBorn in raised in Philadelphia PA the absolute true home of the Philly cheese steak and Phila pretzel. Dom's been in the Banking Industry for over 26 years and moved to North Carolina 8 years ago.  Dom enjoys helping people achieve their financial goals and being a listening ear. Dom also is very active in her church and local community. Dom is the wife of 23 years to Marc Johnson with 5 children and 10 grandchildren.
