An overview of group health plans for small businesses and non-profit organizations. We will look at several areas that will help educate non-profits on group plans. These topics will include the following. Minimum number of people required, What if a person has very bad health, tax advantages for business and employee, new health care tax credits that may be available that will help the business implement a plan, Employer and employee premium requirements.
