Neighborhood Revitalization in Durham's Urban Core
Investment in downtown Durham has rightly garnered significant attention over the past decade.  Fewer people are familiar with the ongoing revitalization of neighborhoods adjacent to downtown through affordable housing development and related investments.  This presentation will describe efforts to transform urban core neighborhoods through community-led partnerships, and will suggest why these efforts contribute to continued downtown revitalization and economic development.
