Jessica collaborates on establishing Longfellow’s strategic direction, identifying acquisition opportunities, and negotiating and structuring transactions across Longfellow’s portfolio. This includes building long-term relationships with research-centric organizations. Jessica serves on Longfellow’s investment committee. A native of North Carolina, she received her BS from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Jessica is an executive committee member of the Triangle YMCA, serves on UNC-Chapel Hill’s Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board, and is past-chair of Downtown Durham, Inc.
