Originally from Cool Spring, NC, James Johnson has over 30 years’ experience in sales and sales management. He was an Accredited Trainer for the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, and past chairman of the NC & SC District of Kiwanis, Education and Leadership Development. Presently, James Johnson is a Nissan Certified Automotive Consultant at Michael Jordan Nissan helping people with their transportation needs, and is ranked #1 in customer satisfaction at Michael Jordan Nissan by his customers on the Nissan Sales Satisfaction Index. Michael Jordan Nissan is Durham’s Nissan dealership and the 2014 Nissan Dealer of the Year for Highest Customer Satisfaction in North Carolina from DealerRater.com.
Julian Kinney graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she studied Communications and Psychology. Before joining JM&A as a Specialist in 2002, she held numerous automotive positions including Salesperson, Sales Manager and F&I Manager. As a Specialist, Julian was awarded the honor of “Top Gun”, and was quickly promoted to District Manager, then Senior District Manager. She joined the Performance Development Center team as a Trainer in 2011, where she incorporates both her automotive and JM&A Field experiences in her classes. She re-joined the JM&A field team again as a Senior District Manager in January of 2014 in North Carolina where she works closely with Dealers, like Michael Jordan Nissan and their teams to take their performance to the next level. She was awarded star of excellence as a Senior District Manager and was awarded Trainer of the Year.
