Queen Precious-Jewel Earth Zabriskie is the Executive Chef and oversees creating all the unique indulgent menus. She enjoys creating healthy flavorful meals that pull inspiration from growing up in the Bronx, NY; a melting pot of cultures. Indulge Catering, LLC likes to take chances with various ingredients to develop and execute menus that highlight American, Mediterranean, and Italian cuisines. Their signature dishes; which started it all, feature house made curry, raspberry bar-b que sauce and marinara. Another interesting key fact about Indulge Catering is they do not cook with pork in any aspect of their cuisine primarily because Executive Chef Precious Jewel is Muslim.
Jacqueline White oversees communications, client relations, contracts, and staffing. Jacqueline is also a Durham native and helps to ensure that they utilize fresh local ingredients from local vendors in the Durham area. However, her most important role is as Indulge Catering’s Sous Chef. Around Durham, Jacqueline is known as the mayor because she is very personable and has never met a stranger or forgotten a face. Jacqueline is also a Veteran of the United States Army
Indulge Catering currently utilizes The Kitchen Archive as their commissary kitchen to support their growing business.
