About Judes:
Dietitian Nutritionist and author of the newly released book, 12 FIXES TO HEALTHY, Judes Scharman Draughon, MS, RDN, LDN, inspires groups, organizations, and businesses with her high-energy nutrition presentations, workshops, and seminars. She specializes in preventative health and helps small to medium businesses create a positive wellness culture. Judes narrows down the science to the most effective ways to improve your health and weight for life and dubbed the "How-To-Dietitian" as she shows how to make small but impactful changes while juggling busy lives. She is the owner of Nutrition Educational Solutions, but is known to all as "Foods With Judes." Besides Judes' corporate wellness work, she taught at the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute and held various other positions as a dietitian through the years. In contrast to traveling almost weekly to help companies and speak at conferences throughout the country, Judes has enjoyed working virtually from her Durham home since COVID-19 began.
