Featuring the rustic charm of Ligget & Myers old tobacco warehouses. An incredible 453 Historic Lofts on three city blocks of Durham that holds to it's 18th century architectural roots. West Village features exposed brick, timber columns, high ceilings, wood floors, and open floor plans.

From Raleigh: I-40 west to 147 north, exit on Duke Street, exit 12C. Follow Duke Street (one-way) to 4th light. Turn right on Morgan Street. It is the third building on the left.
From Chapel Hill/Pittsboro: 15-501 north (remain in right lane) to 147 south, exit on Chapel Hill Street at light turn left on to Chapel Hill Street. Turn left on Duke Street. At second light, turn right on Morgan. It is the third building on the left.
