C Corporation, S Corporation, LLC, Sole Proprietorship – So Many Choices and So Much Information!
Each choice can implicate different legal, tax, accounting and governance matters. Some entity choices are more sophisticated than others, while some entity choices better fit businesses in particular industries.
This Chamber U will explore the legal and taxation differences among C Corps, S Corps, LLCs and Sole Proprietorships. It will highlight the advantages and disadvantages to choosing one corporate form over the other, and those legal, business and tax matters to consider in in the formation decision.
