Health Care Reform is here, is your business prepared for the changes?

Health Care Reform was enacted in September of 2010 and requires non-Grandfathered plans to conform to its provisions.  HCR is to be implemented over eight years with the bulk of major changes set to begin in 2014.  However, there are many provisions now that employers must consider now with their company-sponsored health plan.  With this, employers should ask themselves, among other things, “How does HCR affect my plan now?  What do I need to do to be in compliance? What happens in 2014?  Do I need to offer coverage?  How will this affect my employees?  Will I be able to afford to provide benefits in the future?”  This brief seminar will answer these and other questions.
