Join Durham Young Professionals and other young professionals groups and associations throughout the Triangle for a "sweet" Monthly Mingle on Thursday, August 18 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel & Convention Center. It's all about apple for this DYP Mingle! Enjoy live music, hors d'ouevres, complimentary apple martinis and other apple delicacies while networking with area YPs. Oh, and it gets sweeter! Attendees will have a chance to win Apple products (Apple technology that is)!  You won't want to miss this event!

Instead of an entrance fee, attendees are asked to bring school supplies to donate to Crayons to Calculators for students in need. Items such as pens, pencils, rulers, notebooks, paper, etc. are needed.

The Sheraton Imperial and DYP have partnered with Still Marching Inc. for the August Mingle. Still Marching, Inc. focuses on the economic development of individuals and families by providing a vehicle of economic growth through home-based businesses.  The primary focus of the organization is to educate people on the benefits through taxes and the importance of every household having multiple streams of income.
