I am honored to serve as the Emily Krzyzewski Center's Chief Executive Officer, and to lead the work of advancing career and economic mobility for young people who face systemic barriers to higher education through college and postsecondary completion. I am privileged to do this work alongside so many talented colleagues, community partners, and most importantly, students and families. Durham has no lack of youth talent; our entire community simply needs to practice equitable and accountable stewardship of the opportunity structures that connect our youth to pathways to future mobility and success.
