Bill Spreitzer
Bill Spreitzer joined Excellerate Solutions (business coaching and training practice) as Senior Partner in 2007 after a successful career in Corporate America where he spent 28 years with Fortune 500 and small-medium sized companies. Through various leadership positions in global supply chain, marketing and sales, international business development, and human resources, Bill has demonstrated his competency at developing an organization’s strengths to generate intended results and customer value through innovative organizational development and leadership initiatives.
Bill lives in Chapel Hill, NC and has two adult children, Krista and Bryan. Hobbies and interests include: reading, golfing, hiking, exercising, watching movies, music, and all sports.
Forrest Perry
Having spent the past eight years in a variety of roles with the YMCA of the Triangle Area, Forrest Perry currently serves as the Executive Branch Director for the Durham YMCAs. With the YMCA’s presence in the Durham community, Forrest is directly responsible for providing oversight and support to all aspects of the Durham YMCAs, including member retention, facility management, staff development, program quality, fundraising, and board development. Forrest is a dynamic leader whose work with the YMCA focuses on Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.
Forrest and his wife Rebekah live in Durham and are the proud new parents of one son, born just this past October. In his spare time, Forrest enjoys traveling and spending time in the outdoors.
Michael Hining
Mr. Hining has over thirty-five years of diversified architectural experience including healthcare projects, educational facilities, worship facilities and commercial buildings. He has worked with a variety of architectural and engineering firms, acquiring skills that balance technical and aesthetic values with economic realities. He is often called upon to be a consultant to large healthcare and educational facilities, based on his experience and expertise in site planning, facility assessment, and master planning. Mr. Hining founded MHAworks in 1988 and has built the firm with “service excellence” as its foundation. This philosophy has served the firm well, with 80% of its design business from repeat clientele. As President, he stays actively involved with project management to ensure this philosophy is continually carried out.

The career track of Mary Greune is distinguished by her extensive experience in managing real estate properties. She founded Temporary Living Company in 1996 after years of acquiring and refurbishing rental properties. Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, TLC is now among the largest corporate housing companies in the state offering fully-furnished, short-term accommodations.
As CEO of Temporary Living Company, Mary has surpassed annual sales of $7 million by building relationships with many of the region’s premier and emerging employers as well as real estate professionals. Temporary Living Company has been recognized for its quality service and business growth by both the local media and the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce as a recipient of the prestigious Pinnacle Award and Fast 50 Award.
Mary’s entrepreneurial success has earned her membership with the nationally-recognized Women Presidents’ Organization. She has also been an advisory board member with the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Durham Chamber of Commerce and the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce and an Edge 4 investor.
