Coping with the COVID-19 Crisis, presented in partnership with the Raleigh Chamber
Learn Strategies to Reduce the Stress of Our New Normal
We all are facing challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of us are working remotely. Some may have lost their income entirely.
Whether you are experiencing financial hardships, or trying to balance all of your responsibilities, it is natural to feel like you are losing control. These stressors can lead to:
- Increased anxiety/depression
- Social isolation
- Relationship challenges
- Lack of exercise
- Disruption of sleep patterns
Join us for a webinar presented by the Raleigh Chamber, where you will learn strategies to cope with the COVID-19 crisis. You will hear from these two speakers from Triangle Springs:
- Amanda Piec, Director of Clinical Services
- Monique Sorensen, Director of Outpatient Services
You also will have an opportunity to ask the speakers questions.
Sharing experiences and learning that you are not alone can be extremely helpful during this current situation. We hope that you will join us for this virtual conversation.
Each registered attendee will receive the webinar meeting information directly within 1-2 business days of registration and in multiple reminders prior to the live event.
For registration questions or to use an alternate email address for your webinar event reminders, call 919.664.7082 or email Bailey Siebel.
