Ribbon Cutting Burger Bach
Known for its award-winning gourmet burgers, the Richmond-based restaurant is opening at the Erwin Mill community on Ninth Street alongside Duke University’s East campus.
Burger Bach, (pronounced batch) imports all-natural, grass-fed, pasture-raised New Zealand beef and lamb. The meat is ground fresh every morning, hand-pattied and served on locally baked buns delivered daily. Burger Bach breaks the mold of the “Better Burger” segment, elevating, creating and owning the more focused, “Better for you Burger” niche.
Burger Bach offers premium burgers, fresh cut fries, a dozen house-made dipping sauces and tossed salads in addition to fresh seafood and oysters. Burger Bach will feature 30 local and regional craft beers on tap, Southern Hemisphere wines, craft cocktails and imports Waiwera artisan water.
