Carolina Arbors by Del Webb Unveils New Amenity Center

Del Webb, the nation’s leading brand for active adult communities, is hosting a ground breaking for its highly anticipated amenities at Carolina Arbors. Construction is expected to be completed by late summer 2015.

The amenity ground breaking ceremony will be held at Carolina Arbors by Del Webb on August 20^th at 11am, with refreshments following on the back patio of the Sales Pavilion.

Amenities at Carolina Arbors by Del Webb will feature a state-of-the-art 2-story, approx. 30,000 sf. Residents Center. This social and activities hub will include a commons lounge, fitness center, indoor pool & spa, arts & crafts rooms, a ball room with multi-use space and demonstration kitchen, media and conference rooms, a varsity room with lounge, billiards and bar, ceramics room with separate kiln room and an aerobics studio. The outdoor amenities will feature an outdoor social pool with cabana’s, 3 pickleball courts, 3 tennis courts, 4 bocci courts, a botanical garden, croquet lawn and outdoor event patio. Estimated completion of all amenities is late summer 2015. A lifestyle director is already on-site orchestrating social events, clubs and classes for current residents.

Located in the vibrant Brier Creek area, Carolina Arbors is an active adult retirement community for residents age 55 and older spanning approximately 460 acres with 28 acres of wooded stream buffers and approximately 1,275 single family ranch homes planned.
