Jim H. Trogdon, III, Chief Operating Officer for the N.C. Department of Transportation will be the speaker for the May Transportation Committee.  Jim will provide a brief overview of the N.C. Department of Transportation. Additionally, Jim will speak to legislation currently on the table within the State Legislature and how these pieces of legislation could impact Durham, either directly or indirectly.
