Katie Wales is the Channel Manager for Health Savings Accounts for the Small Business segment for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She is responsible for bringing this Consumer Driven Healthcare solution to the Bank’s middle and small business customers. Katie has been in this role for the past year. Prior to that she brought this same health care solution to the Bank’s enterprise size, corporate clients and also developed partnerships with health plans in a direct sales capacity.
Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Health Solution Group, Katie worked for six years in the West and Midwest delivering tax advantaged reimbursement and commuter services to clients primarily through the development of a consultant/broker distribution channel. Katie has also enjoyed 10 years representing Baxter Healthcare in Corporate Human Resources and started her sales career with Aenta in the greater Philadelphia area. Katie is a graduate of Marquette University and currently resides in the Chicago area with her two children, Callie and Connor.
