Short & Long Term Sustainability for Individuals, Organizations & Companies– Going to the next level
As the economy recovers, there are new challenges and opportunities for businesses and organizations. Organizational leaders, managers and workers at all levels need to adapt to an ever changing landscape, be able to clearly identify and pursue new opportunities, inspire, motivate and participate in strong collaborative teams while creating structures which will yield clear measurable results for customers, clients, board members, investors and the broader community. How can we recognize opportunity in changing situations, learn to make decisions in time and act to meet changing circumstances providing the most benefit to all stake holders?
Come and learn about a structure and model that can support you in ever changing and challenging business and non-profit environments.
